Zeus was rescued in Lessandra Heights Subdivision where he was being neglected by his owners. The reporter informed us that she had not seen food or water in his cage for days. We sent a volunteer twice to make an ocular and she was able to confirm that Zeus was indeed severely
Walker was found by a CARA volunteer on a busy highway near the Sta. Mesa district of Manila. He had no fur and was suffering from an itchy skin condition that left open sores and scabs all over his body.
