A very happy ending for two of our rescues, Sam and Lala!
Sam is one of our senior dogs and was found near our clinic in Mandaluyong last year — tricycle drivers in the area told us that he was abandoned by his owner and that he fell from the second floor of a building. Lala, on the other hand, was rescued way back in 2013 in Cavite, with severe demodectic mange and worms. She has been with us ever since then.
A few weeks ago, the two of them finally went to their new home all the way to Pangasinan. Some of our staff and volunteers made the long drive to accompany this pair to meet their new family and pack. They are now enjoying their new home and the big space where they can explore and play in.
Thank you to Werner, Veronica and Melanie for opening up their home to two of our rescues. We hope that more families would choose to adopt rather than shop.
