CARA Welfare Phils: Join CARA

"Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." -- Margaret Mead

CARA simply could not survive without the help of dedicated animal lovers who generously volunteer their time each week. From fostering kittens to computer work; our members improve the quality of life for so many pets.
Commitment and communication are the keys to a successful group of  people who are all here for the same reason because they love animals.

  • Fostering of dogs and puppies.
  • Caring for an animal that is recuperating from an operation.

Requirements
  • Newborns are required to stay in their foster home until they are 6 months old  - at that age they are mature enough to be neutered and can be put up for adoption.
  • Knowledge in young kitten care - training can be given.
  • Lots of time - very young kittens need round the clock feeding. If don't have so much time to dedicate, opt for an older more independent animal
