  1. Michelle, will CARA sponsor a Spay-Neuter for stray cats in Las Pinas around vicinity of Bamboo Organ Church??? I could see so many stray cats here without owners, and some of them are even pregnant. I would have wanted to adopt but my resources are limited, I already have 7cats, and we have a small home with no yard.
I hope there’s some way where we could request this and be updated on it here in this website. Thank you!

    1. Hi, Truelalah.

Thanks for the concern! Yes, there are so many cats that need to be spayed/neutered.

Here is the info on how to set up TNR in your area.

The gist however is we need to help each other and take initiative to set up a TNR in our community. CARA is only able to set up TNR if an organization or a good Samaritan sponsors the program. A person from the community will usually help put everything together.

      Hope this info helps!
