Charlie is doing great here at the CARA clinic! He is such a happy and charming dog.
He was spotted in Pasig earlier this month, about to cross a very busy road even though he is blind. He was infested with fleas/ticks and lice when he was found, but we’ve started treatment and we are hoping for his fur to grow back soon.
Charlie already has a loving family waiting to adopt him. Once he has fully recuperated, is vaccinated and neutered, he will be able to go to his new home.
Hooray for Charlie!
