The Bonifacio Global City in Taguig had a taste of colorful booths and happy pets on the 23rd of March, 2014. Waggin’ Tails, a fun-filled festival for cats, dogs, and their owners, was held in the West Wing of Bonifacio High Street and offered different freebies and services distributed by Animal Science, Inc. all for the benefit of CARA Welfare Philippines and the Laguna Pit Bulls!

There was no entrance fee, so humans and pets alike were able to check out the many booths at the event. However, in order to register and qualify for the prizes and games, people had to bring along their pets. Waggin’ Tails was, after all, an event for animals. Aside from having play corners, spas, and vet check-ups at their disposal, the pets and owners who attended also got the chance to meet celebrities such as Daniel Matsunaga and his sister Vanessa, DJ Carla Dunareanu, and Nigel a.k.a Fulgoso of Marimar. They also got to meet Ruby and Goldie, two Laguna Pit Bulls who have found their forever homes, and CARA’s very own Dawson, Dewey, Brownie, and Bruno all of whom are ready for theirs.
