When Angelo was rescued in Mandaluyong, he was a timid, mangy puppy who was limping on one leg. As he recovered in the clinic, it became clear that Angelo had a charming, sweet and playful personality. He came out of his shell even more after he moved to his foster home. When his mange started going away, and he started putting on weight, he started looking more and more like a handsome Labrador mix. It was a hard combination to resist, a winning personality and good looks! CARA received quite a few inquiries from people interested in adopting him, but none seemed as dedicated to adopting him as Jenny and Raymund. They visited him twice at his foster home during the holidays, and after that they knew he was the one. They submitted their application, and passed the home visit with flying colors. Since adopting Angelo, they have gone on many dog friendly outings, and are working on making Angelo the best he can be. Congrats Jenny, Raymund and Angelo!
