Verde’s operation last Thursday went well. His festering eyeballs have been extracted. (Verde will be blind for the rest of his life but he’ll get used to it soon enough.) On Saturday morning, Verde was still weak from the surgery but he started eating again. He’s getting stronger everyday.
Thank you very much once again for helping us save Verde. We will continue to keep you all updated on his progress. He still has a long way to go (we continue to accept donations for him) but we’re very optimistic about his chances now. Maraming, maraming salamat po!
