Charlie was found wandering at Multinational Village in Paranaque City. His rescuers suspect he was abandoned, most likely because his owners did not want to treat his mange. Malnourished and anemic, Charlie retained his sweet disposition. He is friendly and very sweet to his rescuers. He went with them willingly.
Charlie is now at his adoptive home. He is recuperating slowly but surely. He is still thin but his appetite is hearty. His humans are certain Charlie will regain his health and will put on more flesh on his bones soon! For sure, he is so very happy, judging from the way he wags his tail at his new family and visitors.
Charlie, during his days as a stray
