PAWS celebrated the World Animal Day at Mall of Asia on October 01, 2011 with booths of several NGOs – EII, AKF, CARA and PETA – in attendance.

Once a year guardians and their pets get together to celebrate World Animal Day with games, obstacle courses, races, talent shows and lots of entertainment, fun and music. The event started late morning and would have ended at 8pm, but the rain and strong wind that day forced the event to end earlier than planned. Nonetheless, the animals and their guardians enjoyed the event and made the best of the inclement weather.
WAD is one of the more anticipated and popular events celebrated worldwide.
