Name-a-Kitten Campaign

Q: What is Name-a-Kitten?

A: Name-a-Kitten is a one week, fun filled campaign hosted by the CARA Welfare Philippines Facebook Page. Currently, there are six unnamed kittens at the CARA Clinic which have had their pictures taken by photographer Rich Tuason. For seven days starting February 19, you will have the chance to bid in the comments for the privilege of naming one of these kittens. Starting bid is at 250php, the amount of money needed to support a cat or dog’s needs for one day.

Q: How do I place my bid?

A: A post will be made at 12mn on February 19 with the individual pictures of the six kittens. Please comment on the picture of the kitten you would like to name, the name you want to suggest, along with the amount you would like to bid in php or usd. It must be at equal to or higher than the starting bid, which is 250php. Check the post throughout the week, as someone may outbid you! You may comment more than once in order to place a higher bid.

Q: How will I make my payment?

A: Once you win the auction, you will be contacted by a volunteer of CARA. You may donate through BPI bank deposit [CARA Welfare Philippines via BPI C/A 3191-0467-05] or through PayPal. Proof of payment (receipt, bank deposit slip or screenshot) must be sent to secretary@caraphil.org.
